Refund policy
Change of mind:
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect product purchases. A skin consult is recommended prior to placing an order.
Damaged/Incorrect Products:
In the rare case you receive products that are damaged or incorrect, we will issue a full refund or replacement free of charge on the products damaged. You must notify us within 72 hours after receipt of the goods for a refund or replacement. Photos are required of the damaged goods and incorrect item before we can proceed. Please keep all packing materials of the parcel. All damages or incorrect items will need to be returned before a refund or replacement can be processed. We will refund any shipping costs incurred as long as a receipt is provided.
Reactions:
If you believe you have had an allergic reaction to a Roccoco Botanicals or Osmosis Beauty products you have purchased from our website, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please send an email with your order number and a photo and description of the reaction to Delishbeautyandlashes@outlook.com. In order to process an allergy return, a photo of the reaction must be provided and the product must be at least 60% full in order for the return to be processed. All products you believe you are reacting to needs to returned.
Delish is unable to cover postage costs associated with reaction returns.
