If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment please give 124 hours notice, to ensure you will not be charged for the appointment. If less than 24 hours is given a non refundable 50% deposit will be required to secure your next appointment. Clients who cancel appointments multiple times with little notice will also be required to pay a deposit to secure their appointment. We appreciate your understanding regarding the cancellation policy as late changes or cancellations impacts our business greatly

Shipping is free on orders over $125. With the "local pick up" option for customers located in the Airlie beach/cannon Valley region. Express Shipping is available for $15.

Currently we only ship within Australia
